Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin, and you get access to every feature during the trial.
Do all plans include every feature?
Yes. Every Bizotic One plan includes the full feature set — GST filings, invoicing, client CRM, tasks, team and HR. Plans differ only by the number of seats, workboards and GST notice-fetch credits.
What are GST credits?
GST credits are consumed when Bizotic One fetches returns, notices and taxpayer details from the GST portal. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up more anytime from inside the app.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from the billing screen, and the change takes effect immediately.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Prices are shown exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (18%) is added at checkout, and a proper GST invoice is issued for your records.
Where is my data stored and is it secure?
Your data is hosted on AWS infrastructure within India, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access control and audit logs. See our Security page for full details.
